Century Bay Private Residences - Sungai Dua Bukit

The apartment was reasonably large and in a good location really close to Queensbay Mall and Self-Service Laundry shop. All the facilities were good, and if you need there's free parking on-site. The staff were very very helpful, truly enjoyed them all;))

That the location was bad.

The villa at Century Bay Private Residences was absolutely amazing! With its 4 bedrooms and attached bathrooms, it was perfect for our family. The vault room was a unique and cozy spot for us to enjoy our meals. We felt like we were dining in our own private hideaway. The modern amenities and facilities provided a luxurious living experience that exceeded our expectations.

Personally, I found one feature at Century Bay Private Residences that I liked less. But hey, it's just my opinion.

Comfy setting next to queensbay mall n other shops as well as the private garden. Had easy check in. Hosts were helpful and amicable, even gave us room with kitchen & balcony.

We greatly enjoyed the stay, it was very very good. It had a strategic setting near to Century bay for past 3 years, the Penang Bridge and main thoroughfares to the town and queensbay mall n other shops...

Wanted to see Sungai Dua Bukit popular places and this apartment was good home base for exploring most of them. The location was favourable, about 10 minutes drive to Raffel Park. Need to add that it was close to shopping complex, George Town, and main thoroughfares to the town.

Tbh, rooms were slightly tired.

Stayed in wonderful room with balcony, kitchen & balcony, bathtub. Early check-in was appreciated. Staff were amicable and good, had a fine stay during my vacation there.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage. Great breakfast options and a refreshing swimming pool. Helpful staff and convenient laundry facilities. Nice view from the terrace and secure parking available.

It is a very good hotel.... preferably this hotel is for family wid kids...i would be more comfort to have a restaurant attached in this hotel.. thank u

the only dislike of me is they wont provide at least drinking water...i request the hotel management to kindly at least provide the drinking water...thank u

the apartment was fairly large and in a strategic and comfortable location close enough to main thoroughfares to the town, queensbay mall n other shops, and the cafe and poolside. staff was amiable and courteous. appreciated the early check-in too. although the whole experience was nice, beds were horribly hard. included a hair dryer, a spa bathtub, and a bidet, all very handy. it was lodged in a very comfortable building with a nice style.

It felt like a luxurious villa with its four bedrooms, each having its own attached bathroom. It was perfect for me and my friends to enjoy our stay. The vault room at the hotel was such a unique and enjoyable spot to dine. It quickly became one of our favorite places to eat during our stay. Century Bay Private Residences offered a truly exclusive living experience with modern amenities and facilities. It felt like staying in a high-end service residence!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of one feature at Explore Service Suites. However, I understand that others might find enjoyment in it, so it's just my subjective opinion.

It has free wi-fi internet access. The rooms, living room and kitchen were clean and well-kept. Ideal for family with 5 adults and a child as we can all gather at the living room/dining area before setting off. Beats having 3 hotel rooms and gathering can take a while.

This place is ideal for those who have own transport to commute to/fro the city. May be inconvenient for those travellers that have to hail taxis to move about. Can't seem to find the swimming pool either.

The facilities are good, but the sofa needs a makeover. The view is not bad, but the room needs a thorough cleaning. The staff is informative, but they need to tidy up the pool area. okay.

Just paid a fortune and got a random bonus underwear in the bathroom. How delightful.

We love the facilities. It just like our 2nd home :-) And the Wifi was great ! And my 4 children love to stay there! Great swimming pool as well.

Perhaps improve the housekeeping. We are unable to have extra toilet roll ( only one in each toilet ) and have to buy from outside. No housekeeping for the appt during our 2 nights stay, perhaps not enough of staffs, I guess.

The unit is clean and well kept.

The reception clerk is slow, probably she is new. Most workers are foreigners and did not understand local language and even simple English. Cable TV only local channel. This can be improved.
